Entries for the Memorial Day Tournament close in about 10 days. I will need to give our count to the course about April 20th. After that, the course will open up to their members and others. Thus, late entries may not get in (we’ll be at the mercy of the course). Don’t miss out! Sign Up Now!!!
Important Note…
If you sign up for the Memorial Day Tournament and do not receive confirmation of your entry by April 19th, be sure to send me an email and let me know. Entries received after April 20 may or may not get in 🙄
All Members are invited to join in the fun and competition. Guest are also invited as we will have separate guest flight(s) with $$$ awards.
Golf dates are Saturday May 24 & Sunday May 25 – with an optional Practice Tournament (complete with cash prizes) Friday May 23.

We’re playing a couple of really nice resort courses – Mountain Vista at Sun Valley, Palm Desert. We’ll have a sit-down plated dinner on Saturday evening and a BBQ Buffet lunch after golf Sunday. In addition, we’ll have lots of cash prizes as well as some optional fun games.
There’s lots to do in the desert area besides golf. If golf isn’t enough, do a google search of activities and plan your trip.
Temperatures while we play golf Saturday and Sunday should start in the high 60’s and end up in the 80’s by the time we finish. If you play the optional Friday Afternoon Practice Tournament (also iGolfClub team match), plan on temperatures in the 80’s and maybe up to the low 90’s.
WE’VE SET UP A BLOCK OF HOTEL ROOMS. We have 30 rooms blocked until about April 15 at the Courtyard Hotel, Palm Desert – about 4 miles from courses and dinner / lunch. We also set up a block of 15 rooms (they cost a little more but have a free breakfast starting at 6am each day) at Comfort Suites, Palm Desert – about 1 mile from courses and a few miles from dinner / lunch. And finally, please find attached the entry form for our Memorial Day Tournament. The best way to enter is to fill out the entry form and mail it with a check payable to Los Angeles Chinese Golf Club (no abbreviations please). If you’re into Zelle, you can also Zelle the money and scan / email the entry form – that info is also below.
