Members,

Attached is the tee time sheet for this Sunday – so you can see your tee time; however, remember that for most of us this is also the Calcutta tournament. For those coming to the ‘Auction Night’ dinner, please remember these details:

• Friday, August 9th, 6:15 pm
• Flamingo House Restaurant, 1652 SE Marine Drive, Vancouver BC
• We will have dinner first, then start the auction of the teams
• Please bring your entry fee of $150 on Friday (and any guest fee if applicable); cash or cheque accepted. Remember to make the cheques payable to: Vancouver Chinese Golf Club Society
• Also remember to bring extra cash as well – along with your entry fee, for those in the Calcutta tournament you will have to pay your ‘owner’ your share of the team. Minimum 5%, but a more common amount is 10%.
• The tee times do not represent the Calcutta teams; we have split it up with two players on each team playing with another twosome. Teams will be revealed on Friday night.We’ll be going over the rules one more time on Friday night – so if you have any questions please bring them up then!
• Lastly, you will notice that there are a few open spots towards the end – we had someone pull out last minute, so if there is someone that wants to play as a guest or last minute add on (non-Calcutta), let us know ~
